As many of you, perhaps most of you know, I retired from Dechert LLP at the end of June .  As Monty Python once said, “I’m not dead yet.”  I will continue to be an active participant in our industry through my investment vehicle, Jackstay Ventures LLC, and in other ways.  You will all continue to see CrunchedCredit”, published twice a month (I look forward to hearing from y’all; all comments are gratefully accepted and, in fact, appreciated).  I’m busy in CREFC as well as with an upcoming advisory assignment and other ways to stay involved with y’all (I did go to school in the south and my other home is on Kiawah Island in South Carolina, so suffer me the y’all).

I am now actively looking for consulting opportunities and further advisory roles in our business. If anything occurs, please drop me a line.

Stay tuned for the next CrunchedCredit on the absurdity of our regulatory edifice.
